Fight for your family (The Lemur boys)
Parenting is hard… so is growing up a teenage boy in today’s culture.
In installment two of our interview series, we discuss the challenges of raising teenagers in current culture. Justin “Lemur” LeMire describes how he and his wife Allison navigated their son’s addiction to vaping and marijuana.
Garrison and Corbin also share how their brotherly bond, family dynamic, and the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ pulled them out of a pit of poor choices to see them walk in victory for the Kingdom. Their story reminds us that there is no condemnation in Christ, and the family unit that fights for each other can accomplish anything.
Here’s what to listen for —
⭐️ Parenting teens is a struggle and you are not alone.
⭐️ Change comes when you give-up control of the situation and let Jesus take over.
⭐️ God wants to redeem all His children.
⭐️ There is no condemnation in Christ… Jesus does NOT want you to live in your shame.
⭐️ Trials forge you to reach your full potential.
And…
Consider the final point.

God designed us for community. Even when family members make mistakes, we are called to love each other well.
Allison and Justin LeMire demonstrated that when kids run from you, they still look back to make sure you are chasing them.
Our families are worth chasing after.
