What Women Want - Tribe Talk Interview Series with Julie Sanders & Sarah Marion
The Junto Tribe Man is a Disciple, Servant, Scholar, Warrior, Craftsman, Explorer, & Leader. We seek to define these terms in the lens of the Trinity. From the very beginning in the garden, we are called to serve our wives well. We are on a journey to discover what that looks like. Let’s shorten the route. This week we sat down with our wives, Julie Sanders & Sarah Marion to ask the question…”What Do Women Want” from their Junto Tribe Man?
Here’s what to listen for —
- We are called as couples to enable both partners to chase their dreams.
- The hierarchy of relationships in the Christian home are as follows:
- God first and always
- Your spouse…by a long shot
- Your children…distant third
- Our differences make us stronger as a couple…as “One Flesh” we are made to fill in the gaps for each other.
- Leadership is putting your person and their needs before your own.
Final thoughts: Remember 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”
