Mike Sanders has been a strength and conditioning coach for more than 15 years. He received his master’s degree in Exercise Science in 1999, from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. As a strength and conditioning coach, he has been blessed to be part of many athletic team successes including back-to-back national championships in D-I Collegiate Men’s Ice Hockey. A few years ago, he moved from the sport athletics world and is now working with tactical athletes, physically training military and consulting with fire fighters.
He has extensive experience and knowledge physically preparing Division-I athletes and tactical athletes for the rigors of competition, combat, and work.
Mike’s passion revolves around discovering what the human mind, body, and spirit are truly capable of and believes many of us only scratch the surface of what God wants to do through us. He believes we were created for a purpose and mission bigger than ourselves; therefore, we all possess unfathomable riches and capabilities such as passion, drive, integrity, love, compassion, and will that are beyond our own understanding. That is why we must listen closely to our Creator’s instruction and great wisdom to truly discover our capabilities and ourselves. We do this to improve and grow with the goal of contributing to the Body of Christ – not for our benefit but for the benefit of others. He believes that everyday is a gift from God and an opportunity that we should use to improve ourselves in order to serve our families, God, communities, and others.
He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and loves to read, learn, write, think, and train. It could be argued that he has a slight addiction to coffee and believes outdoors is always better than indoors. To unwind, he enjoys going paddle boarding, sitting quietly in the great outdoors, and watching movies. Mike is married to his wonderful wife, Julie, and has two amazing daughters and a fur ball for a dog.
Jake Dillard is a 22-year- old know-it all. Not really, but that’s what his parents told him when he was younger so he just goes with it. He was born and raised in Muskogee, Oklahoma until the age of 19 when he moved to Florida to produce videos full time. He’s traveled all over the United States and several countries doing videos for YouTube celebrities, Travel Channel, and other companies.
He finds humans extremely interesting and his attentiveness to psychology gives his work an edge to reach deeper into hearts and minds. Jake hopes his creations will emotionally stir perspectives in order to bring change, healing, peace, love, and joy throughout the world. Jake feels complacent if he isn’t challenged in some way. His hobbies include riding dirt bikes, reading, exploring nature, pushing his mind and body, and trying to understand everything.

By creating a vision that was based on an ideology of helping others achieve their personal goals and developing long-term relationships, BE-CI has evolved into a leader within the Building Envelop Construction industry with 8 offices throughout the southeast. He enjoys reading and learning about leadership and business development, along with methods to inspire and motivate others. One of his favorite books about business development is Scaling Up – How a Few Companies Make It … and Why the Rest Don’t by Verne Harnish. This book along with other books by Jim Collins, Patrick Lencioni, and John Maxwell, have provided the blueprint for Michael’s leadership and developing a healthy sustainable culture at BE-CI.
“It’s Just Business” has become an acceptable, even desirable approach for many companies and the business leaders’ professional lives. It is a meaningless phrase designed to make the person saying it feel more justified in making “cut-throat” decisions that are for the greater good of the company but detrimental to others, including many within their own companies. Michael’s current mission is to work with other leaders in the business community to change this approach and commit to running their businesses based on biblical principles and the advancement of the Kingdom of God.
Michael also strives to maintain a healthy balance between work and his family. He met his wife Keely, in Gainesville, FL while the two of them attended the University of Florida and worked at a local restaurant. After graduation, the two of them moved to the panhandle where they got married in 1999. Both enjoy time together on the water and vacationing with their three children, Paxton (15), Landry (12), and Malin (4).
